Brief course description
In the second part of industrial training students have to get Placement in the food industry for an in depth exposure to food ingredients procurement, manufacture, packaging, storage and sales. Emphasis will be placed on observation and participation in quality control procedures. The training’s duration is at least 2 months at end of second semester (May – August) break after university examinations. Each student & mentor will develop goals (objectives of internship – experience (knowledge skills) so that a student acquires the capacity to create jobs.
